PQN Taco Bar
Our taco bars come hot and ready for serving and are a perfect way to bring PQN to the party! (Available for 5-150+ people)
We account 6oz of filling per person, enough for each person in your group to make 3 tacos, filled and dressed similarly to how we top them in the restaurant, in addition to beans and rice on the side!
Taco Bars include:
Housemade organic corn tortillas (3 per person), vegan pinto beans, vegan Mexican rice, cilantro & onion mix, crema, queso fresco, pico de gallo, mild salsa verde, medium salsa de arbol, Spicy salsa serrano, limes, and radishes.
Your choice of up to 3 fillings:
Carnitas - Crisp & juicy slow-cooked Cascade Farms pork (mild)
Pollo Verde - Juicy Cascade Farms chicken braised in tomatillo salsa (mild)
Barbacoa - Cascade Farms beef brisket braised inside banana leaves in a three-chile barbacoa salsa (medium)
Verduras - A delicious mix of seasonal vegetables (mild)
Hongos y Papas - Roasted potatoes and portabella mushrooms sautéed with jalapeño & poblano peppers (mild) (comes with roasted garlic habanero crema)
Everything in our taco bars is gluten free, all dairy is served on the side, and we do not use any soy in the restaurant.
* Comes with a set of serving utensils, but if you need plates/forks/napkins make sure to add those separately!
