¿Por Qué No? Hot Taco Bar!
Hot and ready for serving! Portions are per person. We recommend ordering at minimum for the total number of expected people at the gathering! We account 6oz of filling per person, enough for each person in your group to make 3 tacos, filled and dressed similarly to how we top them in the restaurant, in addition to beans,rice and toppings on the side! Everything in our taco bar is gluten free, all dairy is served on the side, and we do not use any soy in the restaurant. Taco Bars include: Housemade organic corn tortillas (3 per person), vegan pinto beans, vegan Mexican rice, cilantro & onion mix, crema, queso fresco, pico de gallo, mild salsa verde, medium salsa de arbol, Spicy salsa serrano, limes, and radishes. Your choice of up to 3 fillings: Carnitas - Crisp & juicy slow-cooked Cascade Farms pork (mild) Pollo Verde - Juicy Cascade Farms chicken braised in tomatillo salsa (mild) Barbacoa - Cascade Farms beef brisket braised inside banana leaves in a three-chile barbacoa salsa (medium) Verduras - A delicious mix of seasonal vegetables (mild) Hongos y Papas - Roasted potatoes and portabella mushrooms sautéed with jalapeño & poblano peppers (mild) (comes with roasted garlic habanero crema)
