Let us help with dinner! This ¿Por Qué No? feast feeds 6-8+ people! This meal comes packed cold for reheating later.
Here's what is included:
-2 quarts of soup - meat + vegetarian options to choose from! Includes cabbage, onion, cilantro and lime for topping.
-1/2 gallon of chips
-12 traditional tamales! Choose all of one type, or choose half and half! (all come with salsas and crema on the side for topping)
+ 1.5 quarts of vegan rice
+ 1.5 quarts of vegan beans
**Choice to add on a flan, or our seasonal pumpkin spice horchata for a sweet treat!

Our creamy, rich housemade rice and almond milk beverage that is sweetened with cinnamon and sugar with a seasonal twist- Pumpkin Spice! * contains dairy
Tamales - Pack of 6 * packed cold* (veg/meat)
Pack of 6 of our Oaxacan-style tamales, steamed in a banana leaf and made with masa from Three Sisters Nixtamal in Portland. The tamales that have been cooked and cooled and are ready to be reheated in the comfort of your home (or you can freeze for later!). Served with a side of salsa de arbol, salsa verde and crema.

Taco kits come cold and ready for re-heating at your convenience!
Each kit feeds 5-6 people and includes:
• 1 quart of taco filling (choices below)
• 1 quart of vegan pinto beans
• 1 quart of vegan Mexican rice
• cilantro & onion mix
• salsa verde (mild)
• salsa de arbol (medium)
• queso fresco
• crema (veg comes with garlic-habanero crema!)
• 18 housemade organic corn tortillas

Add on an extra 16oz of filling to make your Taco Kit go even further!
*Hongos y Papas amounts will be doubled to account for shrinkage during cooking. This filling will be a mix of raw & par-cooked veggies to keep them fresh, and will need a quick sauté and a pinch of salt. True to our in-house menu, Hongos y Papas kits will include our roasted garlic habanero crema.
